Security and Privacy
Security of your on-line transaction is very important to Pure Quality Jewellery with all Internet transactions managed over a secure server connection directly to HSBC Card Services. 

All transactions are encrypted which means that all personal and ordering information is secure and private and only Pure Quality Jewellery has access to the code.  Pure Quality Jewellery does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

 

All orders placed with Pure Quality Jewellery are in pounds sterling and the credit card company converts International orders.

 

Delivery

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and will be despatched with the minimum of delay, most items will be despatched within 5 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  If you have a deadline please contact us.

 

Pure Quality Jewellery will only deliver parcels to the credit card holder’s address and on delivery the parcel to be signed for by the credit card holder.  We will not be held responsible for the parcel if signed for by anyone else.  Other methods of payment are available if delivery address is different from cardholders address, however items will not be despatched until the funds have cleared.

 

Returns Policy

In the event that any product does not fit it may be returned to us within 7 days from signed delivery for an exchange.

 

If the item is not suitable it may be returned to us in its original unused condition, with original packaging within 7 days from signed delivery.  On receipt of the goods we will refund the full cost of the item minus the postage.  The item needs to be returned to Pure Quality Jewellery the same way it was despatched from Pure Quality Jewellery, e.g from the UK via Special Delivery, from Overseas via International Signed For/Air Sure or equivalent.  For International returns the customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items.

 

Special requests will not be eligible for the same returns policy as standard stock.  This also applies to non-stock size rings.

 

If in the unlikely event that an item shows a defect in material or workmanship we will gladly exchange on return of the faulty item within twelve months from delivery with proof of purchase.  Pure Quality Jewellery will use its own discretion in replacing the damaged items, we will not replace items that have been ill treated or suffered damage through normal wear and tear or been tampered with by a third party.

 

Before returning any item you must contact the sales office to obtain a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.  The returned items must be sent back with copy invoices as proof of purchase in their original presentation boxes and wrapped well to prevent damage whilst in transit.

Pricing
Any price option that displays 0.00 means that that permutation of, for example, colour & carat and width is not available and can not be supplied. Orders are NOT accepted by us until you have received an email confirming receipt and acceptance of you order. E. & O.E.
